I have shared my mpf@neutralino.org calendar (at calendar.neutralino.org) with the group, all@neutralino.org.  This shows when I will be in the APCR-DRDL lab, so students will know when they can have access.  Students, when you are looking at your calendar on calendar.neutralino.org, you can just add (subscribe to) my calendar (mpf@neutralino.org) so that you see it overlaid with yours.  Or, you can view it on our Dashboard page.  And, please share your calendar with all@neutralino.org, so that others in the group can similarly subscribe to your calendar.  This will be the easiest way for us to coordinate schedules.
